UVM Verification Engineer
Paradigm Works is seeking a skilled and experienced UVM Verification Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing verification plans, strategies, and tests to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of complex chip designs. You will work closely with the hardware design team to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the verification process.
Responsibilities
• Architect and write verification requirements and plans
• Develop and work within UVM environments
• Design, execute, and debug directed/random test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of the chip design across all levels - module, SoC, and system
• Create and implement test coverage strategies and metrics, including functional coverage, code coverage, and assertions
• Analyze and report verification results
• Work with hardware design teams to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborate with system, hardware, software engineers, and project managers to meet project milestones.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UVM based ASIC/FPGA verification
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debug skills, with ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions
• Experience with industry-standard verification tools and methodologies
• Mastery of object-oriented programming and concepts
• Scripting skills with one or more languages such as Python, Tcl, Perl, and shell scripts
• Ability to work independently, and to effectively manage priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills to effectively collaborate with team members and project stake holders.

Analog/Mixed-Signal (AMS) Verification Engineer
Paradigm Works is seeking a highly motivated Analog/Mixed-Signal (AMS) Verification Engineer to join our semiconductor design team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying complex analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits to ensure functional correctness, performance, and reliability before tape-out. You will work closely with analog designers, digital verification engineers, and system architects to develop robust verification environments, create test plans, and validate designs across multiple operating conditions.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute verification plans for analog and mixed-signal IC designs.
• Build and maintain AMS simulation environments using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
• Develop testbenches, behavioral models, and verification infrastructure for mixed-signal systems.
• Perform functional, behavioral, and performance verification of analog and mixed-signal blocks and subsystems.
• Run corner, Monte Carlo, and regression simulations to validate design robustness across PVT conditions.
• Analyze simulation results, debug failures, and collaborate with designers to resolve issues.
• Create automated regression flows and maintain verification metrics and coverage.
• Support post-silicon validation teams by correlating simulation results with silicon measurements when required.
• Document verification strategies, test cases, and results clearly and maintain traceability to design specifications.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AMS verification or analog/mixed-signal IC design (entry-level roles may require internships or project experience).
• Strong understanding of analog circuit fundamentals (amplifiers, PLLs, ADCs, DACs, regulators, etc.).
• Experience with mixed-signal simulation and verification methodologies.
• Proficiency with Verilog-AMS, SystemVerilog, or similar modeling languages.
• Experience with SPICE-level simulators and analog simulation tools.
• Experience with behavioral modeling and real-number modeling (RNM).
• Knowledge of UVM-based verification environments.
• Familiarity with testbench development and verification frameworks.
• Understanding of mixed-signal co-simulation and digital/analog interface verification.
• Familiarity with Cadence, Synopsys, or Siemens EDA tools for AMS design and verification.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Experience with Python, MATLAB, or scripting languages for automation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and to effectively manage priorities and timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and project stakeholders

Paradigm Works is seeking a highly skilled and motivated ASIC/FPGA Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex ASIC and FPGA solutions for use in AI, consumer, aerospace, telecommunications, storage, automotive, and computing sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system & micro-architecture, digital logic design, synthesis, and timing closure.
Responsibilities
• Develop detailed design requirements and specifications for ASIC and FPGA-based systems
• RTL implementation using SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL
• Synthesis & timing closure implementation or work with others to achieve the same
• Design integration and test debug within module, SoC, and system-level simulation environments
